Associated Grocers of Florida Picks Logility Voyager Solutions

ATLANTA (February 01, 2005) – Logility, Inc. (Nasdaq: LGTY), a leading supplier of collaborative solutions to optimize the supply chain, today announced that Associated Grocers of Florida, a large southeastern wholesale food and beverage distributor, has selected Logility Voyager Solutions(TM) to help reduce inventory costs and improve forecasting.

Associated Grocers of Florida purchased Logility Voyager Demand Planning, which calculates the forecast of standard items, and then communicates the forecast to Logility Voyager Inventory Planning and Voyager Replenishment Planning, which balance the trade off between inventory investment and desired customer service levels to dynamically set time-phased inventory targets based on specific customer, safety stock and order quantity rules. Voyager Demand Planning also includes lifecycle and event planning capabilities to help Associated Grocers of Florida better understand and plan the impact of events and promotions.
