Saytel Becomes Channel Partner for Lawson Software in Spain
Alliance to help promote the Lawson M3 ERP solution suite in the Spanish market
Madrid (August 25, 2008) – Lawson Software, a global provider of enterprise software solutions, today announced a partnership in Spain with Saytel Servicios Informáticos S.A., a company specializing in technology solution integration for optimizing business processes. The alliance agreement, signed during the fourth quarter of Lawson’s 2008 fiscal year, will help promote Lawson’s geographic coverage and penetration of the Spanish market, where Saytel occupies an important position.
With this agreement, Saytel becomes one of Lawson’s main channel partners for promoting the Lawson M3 Enterprise Management System, which is a solution suite designed for companies in manufacturing, production and distribution. Saytel will sell, distribute and implement the Lawson M3 solution within Lawson’s current or potential customers and will also provide training, maintenance, support and consultancy services.
Prior to this formalized partner agreement, Lawson and Saytel have worked jointly to secure business in Spain. Recent joint customers include Pradsa and Valenri, two companies that specialize in fashion for children.
With more than 500 customers from the public sector and more than 100 technical certificates, Saytel’s central offices are in Barcelona and it has branches in the main Spanish cities of Bilbao, Granada, Madrid, Seville, Valencia and Saragossa, among others. Saytel has deep experience as an integrator of solutions for companies of various sizes. The company targets the same vertical markets that Lawson serves with the Lawson M3 Enterprise Management System, including fashion, food production, maintenance, distribution, services and rental. The company is Premier Partner of IBM, whose products and solutions are present in many Lawson enterprise software projects.
